I am here to connect, explore, and grow. I commit to bringing a positive, supportive energy to my peers and providing kind, constructive feedback. I will leave performative ego, attempts to dominate others, and toxic cynicism at the door. I will always honor the dignity of every member, and I will not make disparaging remarks on the digital platform, in-person, or through any other form of communication.
I Commit to Digital Discretion
I will do my part to make this a place where we can be vulnerable and authentic. To protect this environment for everyone, I commit to absolute digital discretion. I will not screenshot, record, or share another member’s likeness, voice, or personal information outside of the Refinery’s private channels. I understand that protecting the privacy of the collective is the only way to protect the privacy of my own journey.
I Commit to Intentionality & Grace
I recognize the humanity and agency of every member I interact with. If a connection isn't a fit, I will communicate with clarity and kindness rather than ghosting. I celebrate the boundaries of others: I will gracefully accept a "no" or a rejection without friction, follow-up, or forcing engagement, both online and in the real world.
